Graphics Designer

The Role

The Graphics Designer is responsible for all visual output across Tilka. This person translates brand strategy into production-ready design across every format the business requires, from social graphics and campaign assets to B2B collateral and product mockups. Every piece of work must look considered, not templated. You work fast without cutting corners, and you care as much about a thumbnail as you do about a pitch deck.

Key Responsibilities

• →Social and Digital Design: Design all social media graphics, campaign visuals, story templates, and reel covers across all platforms and brands.
• →Marketing Collateral: Produce B2B marketing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal covers, and presentation assets.
• →Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all brands, ensuring every asset is consistent with brand guidelines in colour, typography, and aesthetic.
• →Product Visuals: Create product mockups, lifestyle compositions, and website graphics.
• →Video Support: Design supporting elements for video content including lower thirds, text overlays, thumbnail designs, and outro cards.
• →Asset Management: Maintain organised design file libraries so every team member can access current brand assets at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design for a brand, agency, or in-house team.
• ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, social, and marketing formats.
• ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign minimum) and Figma.
• ✓Strong aesthetic judgment with an eye for premium, considered design.
• ✓Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines without compromising on standard.
